of the typical steps that we go through in order to bring
your project to completion and ultimately, to your
satisfaction.
Planning your project starts with an idea. Yours. While
at first it may appear to be a very simple process, a number
of items need to be considered before proceeding. This is where
we come in. We can help you define your personal style, and then
associate colours, textures, finishes, assess levels of practicality,
timelines, and an actual working budget that will transform
your dream space into reality.

Our initial consultation
visit to your home is an opportunity for us to learn about you
and your family. A detailed questionnaire will enable us
to assess your needs, personalities, preferences, function of
space and budget. We will also provide advice and direction to give
you an idea on how we will transform your space based on
your requirements. |

|
Upon approval and signing
of the design contract, a retainer will be required at this time
to proceed with your project. |
|
|
Evaluation of your living
space is accomplished by taking onsite measurements, photographs
and incorporating existing elements into your design. Once all
elements of the design have been gathered, a preliminary estimate
is established for our general budgeting purposes and your approval. |
|
|
In order to proceed,
a detailed plan will need to be created which could include the
execution of colour schemes, paint samples, plans and elevations,
sourcing fabrics, furnishings, wall coverings, accessories, window
treatments, etc. |
|
|
Once a fairly concrete
design plan is in place, all furnishings, materials and estimates
are presented and must be approved by you. Additional samples
might be required to finalize the design concept and strategy.
We may also arrange a trip to a supplier's showroom to
show you the various options available. |
|
|
Placement of orders,
delivery and installation schedules are established, while contractor
services confirmed. |
|
|
We are now at the most
detailed and exciting phase of your project where everything
starts coming together while we oversee and co-ordinate the installation
and placement of all furnishings, flooring, window treatments and
accessories. |
|
|
We strive to make the process of achieving your vision an
exciting one by including you in the process. In the end, the
whole process is about you and achieving your goals
with the guidance of a professional partner.
